Ma Benz

Ma Benz is a mixed media collage combining my recent and older photographs with fragments of 1970s German magazines. The piece critiques the glorification of owning a Benz, often celebrated in rap songs, by depicting a destroyed car. Using techniques like bleaching, acetone degradation, and distorted scans, I reassembled the torn photos into a collage that questions the fleeting nature of materialism. This artwork has been varnished in matte using professional and archival standards. A certificate of authenticity is provided with artwork, and a floating frame can be added at an additional cost.
