If your cart contains an original artwork alongside press items, your entire order ships together via FedEx at no additional cost. The €99 press credit is applied before shipping is calculated.
Original artworks and fine art prints are legally exempt from U.S. import duties under the Berman Amendment. I document all shipments with the appropriate HTS codes to ensure your art enters duty-free.
Following the suspension of the De Minimis threshold in August 2025, all packages entering the U.S. now require formal customs clearance. FedEx may charge a small administrative brokerage fee of approximately $10–$25 USD. This is a courier processing fee, not a government tax.
All shipments are fully insured at the declared value. If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item before disturbing anything further, then contact me at hello@poetonic.com within 48 hours.
